2. What Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly when using our website:
Intake Application Form: When you apply for a Systems Audit we collect: full name, email address, role/title, company name, LinkedIn profile URL (optional), monthly revenue range, primary growth goal, service pillar interest, bottleneck description, current vendor setup (optional), budget range, timeline, and how you heard about us.
Enquiry Form (“Work with Scalynce”): When you send an enquiry from our About page we collect: full name, email address, company name, and your message.
Scorecard Download: If you download the Growth Framework Scorecard via email, we collect your name and email address.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To evaluate your suitability for a Scalynce engagement and respond to your enquiry.
- To send you the Growth Framework Scorecard PDF you requested.
- To notify the Scalynce team of new applications and enquiries.
- To record qualified lead applications in a secure internal database for follow-up.
- We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Use

- Google Sheets: Qualified intake applications are appended to a private, access-controlled database owned by Scalynce.
5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and application data for up to 24 months from the date of submission. If no engagement follows, data is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@scalynce.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request that we erase your personal data.
- Objection: Object to how we process your data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising pixel tracking (Meta Pixel). These are loaded only after your browser renders the page. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect website functionality.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your direct enquiry) and consent (analytics cookies).
